I received my PhD degree in Computer Science from the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington, in December 2013.
My advisor was Prof. Vassilis Athitsos
who runs the Vision-Learning-Mining (VLM) Research Lab.
Currently I am working at Wynright Robotics, within the R&D team as a Computer Vision Engineer.
My main research interests are Computer Vision, 3D Perception, Robotics and Machine Learning.
During my PhD studies I have done research in the areas of Computer Vision, Machine Learning and Human Computer Interaction. Areas of focus were: Tracking, Gesture Recognition, Hand Shape recognition, Hand Pose estimation.
