I am a senior lecturer and undergraduate advisor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering and a faculty member of the Vision-Learning-Mining (VLM) Lab. My general computer engineering interests are in the fields of computer vision, robotics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

My primary research interests are in computer vision: gesture recognition, American Sign Language (ASL) recognition, and eye tracking/3D pont of gaze estimation for human-computer interaction in assistive environments.
